Isn't it fun getting pineapple in our baskets in January? It feels so summery.One more reason to love Bountiful Baskets! As if we needed one.
I don't know about all of you, but I never really knew how to cut a pineapple. I'm pretty good with a can opener and so canned pineapple it was. But then I read the Pioneer Woman's tutorial on how to cut a pineapple. And guess what? It's so simple. Who knew?!?!? Well....probbaly all of YOU knew. Now that we've figured out two simple ways to cut the pineapple, please try this with it:
Oh yummy! Grilled pineapple.
Just slice, and grill on the barbecue. If you've never had it, your missing out.
And it's super yummy served on a hamburger as well.
